Hello! My name is Mr Mikey and I am a primary NET teacher. I have been teaching English in Hong Kong for several years in both learning centers and schools. I have two bachelor degrees (BSocSci & LLB) and a certificate in teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL). I was an attorney (lawyer) but now I enjoy having fun and developing with my students.

I have experience in helping learners achieve their academic goals and expand their practical English. I have taught phonics, grammar & writing, reading, speaking and interview preparation, Cambridge and Trinity exam. I thoroughly enjoy working with learners to achieve their academic and personal goals.

I believe education is an ongoing partnership between the learner, teacher and parents. Engaging learners and exposing them to a variety of experiences can enrich the learning experience. By asking questions, using visuals and presenting subject matter in a fun way, I believe a learner will thrive.

I love all sports and spend my free time in the ocean. I cannot wait to meet you!
